There is only one week remaining for EU nationals, living or working in the UK, to apply for settled status under the EU settlement scheme in order to protect their right to live and work in the UK.
The deadline for applying to the scheme is 30 June 2021. To be eligible, the individual must usually have started living in the UK by 31 December 2020.
